Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Assists the veterinarian with exam rooms and uses veterinary software for documenting medical notes
Performs venipuncture (Phlebotomy and catheter placement)
Obtains laboratory collection, processing and possible interpreting (fecal/parasite analysis, ear cytology, skin cytology, urinalysis)
Performs diagnostic imaging
Must be skilled and knowledgeable with surgical assistance
Performs periodontal cleanin
Proficient in anesthesia
Administers medication (oral, topical, injectable)
Fill prescriptions and prepare medications as prescribed
Client communication and education
Provides compassionate patient care

Requirements:

Applicants must be a LVT or license eligible.
