Associate Veterinarian

We are a small animal practice located in the Lehigh Valley. We have only been open for 6 years but with our strong ties to the community have experienced tremendous growth. We are looking to add another part time or full time doctor to our family!

We love what we do and are looking for someone who shares our passion for veterinary medicine and forming lasting relationships with clients and their pets. An ideal candidate should be able to communicate compassionately and effectively with clients- Client education is a priority for us. We expect our doctors to be able to present all treatment options and help clients make informed decisions based on the medical facts and personal or financial constraints. Responsibilities will include comprehensive health care for wellness and sick visits, surgery, dentistry and emergency appointments during regular hours.

About our hospital:
• M-R 8am-8pm, F 8am-6pm, S 8am-12am: Schedule would include 1-2 nights a week, 1-2 Saturdays a month, NO ON CALL.
• Support staff includes 8 certified veterinary technicians, 3 assistants and 6 receptionists
• Digital radiology
• Digital dental radiology
• In house ultrasound
• Partner with board certified surgeon to be able to do TPLO and other advanced surgeries
• Bionet Monitors- blood pressure, pulse ox, EKG, temperature
• Isoflurane anesthesia
• Fully stocked in house pharmacy
• Abaxis in house blood machines
• Antech Laboratory for additional blood work

  Compensation dependent on experience. Full time employees would be salary plus production bonus paid quarterly, CE allowance, Licence/AVMA/ PVMA dues, medical benefits, retirement plan with match
