We value work life balance, and a strong focus on mental health.  We have a 38 hour week, and try to stick to it, offering flexibility in a rotating roster and shift lengths. Typically 3x12hrs or 4x10hr days. You will have 20 days of annual leave, 10 days of Personal leave (sick, mental health, other) and 5 days of CE leave. We also have paid parental leave available.
