Depending on your experience level there is a base salary with production based monthly bonuses. NCVMB and privilege licenses are paid for. Eno Animal Hospital is looking for an associate DVM for an expanding companion animal practice in Durham, NC. Our new hospital has an in-house lab, laser therapy, radiology, surgery suite, dental suite, and separate cat and dog areas. Great community that’s booming with great restaurants, good schools, and 3 major colleges within a 40 minute drive.
We are in search of a veterinarian who wants to be part of a team that truly works together for the good of our patients and clients. We have two experienced veterinarians and our support staff includes very well-trained assistants, directors, and receptionists.
We are a privately owned practice that strives for a family atmosphere and work/life balance.
Salary and Compensation:
Depending on your experience level there is a base salary of $85-105K and monthly bonuses based on production. NCVMB and privilege licenses are paid for. A yearly stipend and PTO are provided for continuing education. At least 3 weeks vacation guaranteed. Very flexible. Professional liability insurance is covered. Committed to work/life balance, EAH also provides paid time off. We offer a 401K and health/dental/vision insurance.

Required Skills and Aptitudes:
-Basic knowledge of surgery, including but not limited to, spays, neuters and small mass removals, and a willing attitude to learn more.
-Basic knowledge of dentistry.
-Good communication skills and a willingness to present the best medicine.
-The ability to handle work efficiently and effectively.
-A desire to treat the patients with a low stress approach. We are working towards fear-free certification.
