We are a private-owned practiced that is fortunate to have a truly great client base and we've accumulated a pretty solid reputation due to the work of our amazing team. Intentional scheduling and holding solid staffing levels is key for us to ensure we're able to provide quality care and reduce fatigue for our doctors. Our techs are not pet holders -- they're valued and trained members of the healthcare team. We also huddle up two times a day to make sure we're all on the same page and best supporting one another.
Appointment and surgery times are varied and dependent on the doctor's skillset and pace. We have 4 other full time doctors at Parkwood that you'd work with.
Services: We provide wellness and preventative care, surgery, dentistry, internal medicine, hospitalization, critical care, and more. We encourage a creative and collaborative environment where our team can combine their talents and interests to achieve a common goal. We strive for constant and never-ending improvement.
Facility: We're a 5,000+ sq foot private practice. We offer digital radiography, dental radiography and ultrasonography and full in-house laboratory diagnostics and our practice is extremely clean and well organized.
Position: We rotate roles to keep everyone fresh. Typically each doctor has 1 surgery day, 2 general appointment days and 1 dropoff / float day. As a full time doctor, you'd work 4 days during the week (8-5:30) and 1 Sat morning (8-12) per month.
Compensation: We have a great benefits package with most all the boxes checked... Medical, dental, vision, CE, PTO, license, dues, etc. We provide a base salary and ProSal to allow doctors to control their own earning potential long term. There is NO negative accrual so never any added pressure by us.
