This busy multi-doctor hospital offers in house lab, digital radiology, ultrasound, Canine Rehabilitative Services featuring an underwater treadmill system (laser therapy coming soon), electronic medical records, routine preventative medicine, & surgery. All of this is supported by our very detailed oriented, highly skilled, and cohesive team.
Compensation is a starting annual salary of $100K with the high potential to earn an additional production based bonus. The average work week is 32-35 hours per week. The schedule is rotating, allowing for an alternating 4 day work week, with two weekends completely off per month, one of which is a 5 day weekend.
The 3 general shifts scheduled for our Doctors is from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with a 2 hour lunch break for our late Doctor on shift, 8:00 am to 3:00 for our early Doctor on shift and 8:00 to 3:00ish on surgery days.
We work with the local veterinary clinics to share the after hours on call schedule. The on-call schedule has each Doctor taking one weekend(Saturday and Sunday from 6:00 pm to 8:00 am) of after hours on call every 3 months and 1-2 shifts (Monday–Friday) of after hours on call per month during the week. 401(K) retirement is available. We also offer paid time off and paid sick leave. AVMA, PLIT, CO license, CVMA, & DEA dues are covered. There is an annual CE stipend available as well.
Qualified individual must have a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or related degree from an accredited university and license must be in good standing for practicing in the state of Colorado.
