Mainstay Veterinary Practice, a family-owned and woman-owned private clinic, is seeking a compassionate and skilled associate veterinarian to join our dedicated team of professionals. Who We Are: We are a proud AAHA-accredited and Cat Friendly small animal hospital, providing top-tier care to a loyal and trusting client base. Our team currently consists of 5 exceptional veterinarians, and due to continued growth, we are excited to welcome a new doctor to our practice (we don't do this often!).

In 2023, we expanded into our brand-new 11,000 square foot facility equipped with the latest technology and designed for both patient care and staff comfort. Some of our cutting-edge amenities include:

What We’re Looking For: We are searching for a veterinarian who values high-quality medicine and wants to be a key part of our close-knit veterinary family. Our clients are loyal, friendly, and proactive about their pets’ health. When it comes to recommendations for treatments like dentals or cardiology appointments, our clients trust our guidance and follow through.

You will also enjoy the support of an outstanding team of highly trained nurses who assist with medical record management, using AI scribe services to streamline your work. Our nurses are known for their efficiency and accuracy, allowing you to focus on providing excellent patient care.

Work-Life Balance & Flexibility: While we perform surgeries Monday through Friday, surgery is not required for associates who prefer to focus on other aspects of veterinary care. We offer a salary-based compensation model, so you’ll never feel pressured to push treatments or diagnostics that aren’t necessary. We ensure you’re well-compensated, with earnings exceeding what you might make on commission, without the stress of production-based targets.

Our hospital is affiliated with a pet resort, but don’t worry—it operates independently with its own staff and management, ensuring a smooth, separate operation.
