The associate veterinarians at Dr. Weldy's Assoc., Inc. earn and average of over $220.000/yr, work less than 4.5 days per week, and have ample time off for their interests and family. Mixed practice 70% Animal Small / 30% Equine. Fringe benefits include vehicle allowance, health insurance, retirement with 3% corporate matching, phone expense, CE Allowance, and up to a month paid vacation /yr. that have an average value of $20,000. Local economy is one of the hottest in the nation and the practice clients come from several close population centers of Goshen, Elkhart, Mishawaka, And South Bend.
